After Gillian Chung’s comeback, she accepted an interview from Hu Nan TV. There was even a fan of Gillian Chung who loudly proclaim his love for Gillian Chung and shouted he will “MARRY” her.

This is the second event since the Edison Chen sex photo scandal.

This has come at a time when some of the parties involved with the Scandal are trying to move forward. Cecilia Cheung has come out stating her position while Gillian Chung has tried to make a comeback.

Disgraced pop star Edison Chen Koon-hei has received a death threat in the shape of a bullet.

A letter containing the bullet warned Chen, at the center of a celebrity sex- photos storm last year, to stop making public appearances – or else.

The threat, posted in the US state of Pennsylvania, was delivered to Cable TV yesterday afternoon.

It came 13 days after Chen made two public appearances in Singapore following a year of self-imposed exile in Canada, and just a day after one of the women involved in the internet-photos scandal tried to resurrect her career.

Fallen Twins singer Gillian Chung Yan-tung, 28, tearfully launched a brand of jeans on Tuesday.

A Cable TV spokeswoman said an A4-sized envelope with eight US stamps was received around 5pm. It contained a smaller white envelope, which held a typed letter and the bullet. “We hope Edison Chen will take this warning seriously, otherwise his personal safety will be threatened,” it read.

The writer said Chen, 28, had been given a chance to appear in Singapore, but would not get another.

The spokeswoman said the station reported the case to the police immediately. She would not speculate as to why the station was targeted.

The police special crime squad has launched an investigation.

Secretary for Security Ambrose Lee Siu-kwong said Hong Kong is governed by the rule of law and violent or intimdating activity will not be tolerated.

Chen’s record company, East Asia, expressed shock, but would not co
mment because it is now a police matter. Police have classified the case as “bullet found,” according to a spokesman.

Cable TV aired an exclusive interview with another victim of the sex photo scandal, actress Cecilia Cheung Pak-chi, 28, on the same day Chen was in Singapore.

Cheung’s manager said she was unaware of the threat, and declined to comment further.

Gillian Chung last week gave her first interview since the scandal to TVB. Tsang said security staff at the station have been warned to remain vigilant.

A source close to Chen said the actor-singer had earlier received a threatening phone call. That was one of the reasons why he had last month given evidence from Vancouver in the case of a Hong Kong computer technician charged with uploading the photos.

The trial of Sze Ho-chun, 23, is due to begin on April 6 at Kwun Tong Magistrates’ Court.

Hong Kong singer-actor Nicholas Tse has released his new long-awaited digital EP, entitled “The Last Nicolas Tse,” according to a report on the website Sina.com.

The song lyrics on this album reflect some of the low points of Tse’s life over the past few years. Tse appears as an aviator in the promotional photo for his new album. When asked why he took on a “military look,” he said, “Life is full of battles; you have to face up to them, and you have to fight.”

Tse, who has not performed in many live shows during the past three years, said in a recent interview that he loves music as always, but would not release albums only to boost his popularity. When he has something to say and feels the need to say it, he will do so via music, he said.

It has been more than a decade since Tse entered show business. Now, at the age of 29, he has attained fame and has implied that he may consider retiring, according to the title of his latest album.

“I’ve always been thinking that one day I will retire from this industry,” Tse said, according to the Sina.com report.

Last year was a particularly tough one for Tse. In February, his wife Cecilia Chung, was embroiled in the Edison Chen photo scandal, when intimate photographs of her were widely distributed on the Internet, and the couple was subject to intense media scrutiny.

To the public, Tse is no longer an iconic “cool-boy.” Being a husband and father have changed him. When Chung was caught up in the photo scandal, he stood firmly beside her and supported her.

During his interview in a talk show program with famous TV host Cao Kefan, Tse recalled many difficulties he and his wife had worked through. He also expresed his love for her, and said his family, including his one-year-old son, Lucas, was his motivation in life.

More news has leaked over Gillian Chung’s interview.

Gillian has expressed that the pictures was taken because she was afraid of losing Edison Chen. Being blindly in love, she consented to taking those pictures. Gillian also echo what Cecilia expressed that Edison Chen has never once contacted her or apologies after the incident blew up. Recalling what happened, Gillian Chung said: “I called my mom and cried a lot, I told her I can’t take it any longer. My mom was extremely worried about me, she said “if you don’t feel like doing it then just stop”.”

Although I try not to pass any personal remarks on it, a lot of the above sounds scripted and it seems Gillian Chung is just trying to seek sympathy and allow her to have a successful comeback. Maybe it is because this interview comes after Cecilia; yet there isn’t much sincerity in her words if you catch my drift.

Be My Guest, hosted by Stephen Chan on TVB Lifestyle Channel will be airing an interview with Gillian Chung who has being out of the limelight since the Edison Chen “sex photo” scandal.

Gillian Chung who has being actively positioning for her comeback was spotted having a personal meeting with Stephen Chan. According to Stephen, since he has had no prior meeting with Gillian, he wants to deepen the understanding between them before the actual interview.

The broadcast of the interview will be aired on Saturday, with the interview having to be done either today or tomorrow as Stephen Chan will be busy preparing for the 3rd anniversary bash for Be My Guest program. This will be a follow up to Cecilia Cheung I-Cable interview where she candidly revealed her personal misgivings over Edison’s role in the sex scandal.

Stephen Chan was asked whether he will change his interview strategy and concentrate on any particular incident. He replied that he will not concentrate on any single issue but the interview will revolve around Gillian Chung’s mental journey and the ups and downs she has experienced in her life.
Stephen remarked further that since the sex scandal is a part of her life, this will defintely be an area he will en quire upon.

Edison Chen’s well-wishes sounded like hypocrisy to Cecilia Cheung and sparked anger in the female entertainer who had taken a low profile for the past one year after the outburst of the sex photo scandal. On her first interview after the scandal, she said she has taken to writing one diary entry a day to record all her misdoings and plans to give it to her son, Lucas, when he turns 18.

After her nude photos were disseminated, she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown. What worried her most then was her son who was just seven to eight months old. She was afraid her past actions may affect her son’s future; so she planned to give the diary to her son when he is grown. “I believe he will be very understanding by the time he is 18 years old,” Cheung said.

Cheung’s manager said her emotions were not affected after the interview with I-cable Entertainment. Her manager also clarified that Cheung took on the interview to speak her mind and does not represent any intentions of a comeback. There are also no plans in the pipeline; however she will still be working on assignments to fulfill the old contract terms. Cheung will be traveling to China for a commercial shoot this week.

According to sources, Cheung has earlier on contacted the lady boss of her former artiste management company and director Yee Tung-Shing to express wishes to make movies again.

According to Henry Fong, Yee’s hired producer, “Cecilia has been in touch with Yee Tung-Shing on the phone. She said her son has grown and she can now resume work. She was checking if there are opportunities to work together.”

Yee has also expressed wish to cast Cheung in his new movie “Death Duel” which will begin filming this year end or early next year; the male lead will most likely be Louis Koo.
